Untitled: Khatra

As part of the India Cycles4Change Challenge in 2020, St+art India Foundation collaborated with Architecture for Dialogue and SmartBike Mobility to transform sections of Delhi’s cycling infrastructure through public art. Artist Siddharth Gohil, known as Khatra, created vibrant graphic interventions along the cycling route connecting India Gate, Khan Market and Lodhi Colony. Using bold colours, geometric forms and fluid lines, the work brought a new visual language to the everyday experience of cycling, while supporting the project’s larger aim of making active mobility more accessible, engaging and visible in the city.
