Untitled: Aravani Art Project X Chifumi

The French artist Chifumi and Aravani Art Project collaborated to paint walls in an important location in the city. These artists will bring the project to life: Chifumi was born and raised in France but has been living in Cambodia, and Aravani Art Project which works with sex workers and the transgender community, has engaged with the local transgender community for an open and interactive collaboration between the two artists. The Sonagachi intervention was part of "The Unseens" project for Bonjour India, featuring a collaboration between French artist Chifumi and the Aravani Art Project to paint murals and bring visibility to the marginalised transgender and sex worker communities.
