The Lotus
by Suiko
Suiko is a Japanese street artist known for expressive letters with circular shapes, bold lines, and vibrant colors. Traveling through Europe, Japan, and Asia, he blends calligraphy and Ukiyoe to create dynamic designs that define his original style. Based in Japan, Suiko is a leading graffiti writer, with his work featured globally, including in Germany, Brazil, Israel, Turkey, Greece, Nepal, Tahiti, Australia, China, Hong Kong, and Japan. In the Lodhi Art District, Suiko reimagines India's national flower using his signature curved lines and Japanese characters. As a pioneer of Japan's graffiti movement, he continually explores new ways to write his name in his compositions. By incorporating local tones and a red sun symbolizing Japan, Suiko has left a unique gift for Lodhi's people.
